What You Need to Know 

We’re looking to add a Product Coordinator to our Product Management Team. The Product Coordinator will be responsible for hands-on support for product updates, testing, and documentation, enabling smooth operations and consistent updates to the Product Catalog/Playbook. Additionally, understanding the HWP proprietary software products will be key to support to users and the overall Product Management Team. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Configure and provide user support for HWP’s proprietary software products  
  • Extensively test all product updates and client deliverables to ensure quality and functionality 
  • Resolve support tickets related to proprietary software products, escalating when necessary 
  • Prepare content for submission to necessary regulatory bodies  
  • Track project progress, deadlines, and key milestones, ensuring effective communication across teams. 
  • Provide general support to the Product Management and Development Teams  
  • Maintain, update, and distribute Product Catalog/Playbook 

What You’ll Have 

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience, internships, volunteer work is preferred 
  • A degree with a major in a technology field is a plus  
  • Knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access 
  • Strong focus on quality and consistency in work outputs 
  • Capable of identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions quickly 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships

  • Salary range: $50,000 – $65,000 annually. Note: Actual salary will depend on background and experience.
