What You Need to Know
We’re looking to add a Product Director to our Product Management team. The Product Director will be responsible for leading the overall product strategy, prioritization, and external/vendor alignment. This role will identify client needs and business objectives for a particular project/product, articulating what success looks like and coordinates with team members to help turn that vision into a deliverable.
What You’ll Do
- Translate product scope into detailed requirements for Software Development team
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with Software Development team and/or external vendors to deliver while optimizing resources for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Act as a product advocate to build awareness and understanding with both the client and HWP stakeholders
- Assist in onboarding new clients and brands, ensuring seamless implementation of new business.
- Systematically collect user feedback and prioritize product enhancements
- Create and maintain the Product Catalog/Playbook and update offerings quarterly
- Monitor performance obligations in technology SOWs, collaborating on scoping and pricing strategies.
What You’ll Have
- 4+ years of Product Management or other relevant experience
- A degree with a major in a technology field
- Med com experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven expertise in cross-functional collaboration

- Salary range: $70,000 – $85,000 annually. Note: Actual salary will depend on background and experience.
