  Jani is president and one of the founders of The HWP Group.

What does Jani bring to the table?
Jani has spent her entire professional career in medicine. Her first job out of college was with the number one pharmaceutical manufacturer. Her second job was in medical education. Having spent 20 years in this industry, it is clear that she enjoys the field of medicine.

Drawing upon her past experience as president and cofounder of a successful medical education company, Jani and her partners took the leap and started their own dynamic, vibrant company that far outpaced its business projections in the first year of operation.

Jani's diverse background includes pharmaceutical sales management and marketing products to a variety of health care specialties, including infectious diseases, pulmonology, endocrinology, psychiatry, gastroenterology, neurology, surgery, pediatric medicine, cardiology, oncology, urology, emergency medicine, women's health, and general and internal medicine. She applies her clinical knowledge and life experiences from the pharmaceutical industry to the development of medical education programs for health care providers.

Jani is the ultimate multitasker. Besides leading a successful company, she teaches art history, aerobics 4 times per week, plays golf, skis, and participates in a full family life.

What motivates Jani to work hard for a client?
Jani likes to succeed, and for this to happen her clients must succeed. She thrives on employing extraordinary creativity and strategic thinking to the identification, refinement, and fulfillment of the medical communications needs of her clients in whatever format or venue will best suit the purpose.
